Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect item, we are happy to help, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition: The product must be returned to us in its original, resalable condition. This means it must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged, ripped, stained, wet, or have a strong odour.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose one of the following options:

Store Credit or Gift Card: A credit for the full value of the item.

Exchange: You may exchange the item for a different size or product. Please note, if the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the price difference. If it costs less, we will issue a partial refund for the difference.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product you receive is faulty, has been damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, please follow these steps:

Provide Proof: Include your order number and provide a clear photo or video showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item.

Resolution: Upon reviewing your claim, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of your choice. For a minor failure, we will offer a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of reasonable return postage for any item confirmed to be faulty.
How to Initiate a Return

In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.

Please wait for our team to respond with instructions before sending your item back to us.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
